Industrial park “Red”
The aim of the project is the creation of industrial and warehouse space to accommodate factories of light and food industries. In the park there will be all the conditions for their successful operation - all kinds of energy supplied, large industrial buildings, refrigeration units, 24-hour security, a medical center, a cafe for the employees, a hotel for visitors, a car parking and a car service.
The total area of industrial, warehouse and office premises of the park will be 190,000 m2. Park will provide the infrastructure and all kinds of communications. Convenient geographical location of the park provides simple logistics for our clients and easy access for trucks to any area of the city of Perm, the Perm region and adjacent territories.

The first stage
Based on the master plan for the land area of 11 hectares in 2011 – there will be built:
- Industrial building area of 35,000 sq.m. (25 000 square meters for the logistics terminal with warehouses of B+ class and 10 000 sq.m. for deep processing and storage of vegetables).
- Container yard, area of 4.5 hectares,
- Transport infrastructure (two dead-end branch lines, and transit parking for heavy vehicles).
The second stage
Based on the master plan for the land area of 36 hectares, the concept of building a second line of the industrial park "Red" was worked out. The production facilities will be constructed of light metal constructions with infrastructure and facilities supplied on total area of 150,000 sq.m. The "A" class warehousing logistics center will ensure the needs of industrial sites and deliver products to final customers.
